Technovit 6091 - Relief aid in the treatment of lameness!
Mix - apply - harden. With Technovit 6091, the lame animal can walk pain-free after a treatment period of just under 10 minutes!
Technovit 6091 presumably is the best known resin to be used as universal medium in veterinary medicine.
The fast-curing resin based on MMA is thanks to a special combination of materials, of dough-like consistency already a few minutes after the mixing process and then can be applied immediately to claw and wood block and modelled into desired shape. Depending on outdoor temperatures, the resin is fully cured after 4 to 6 minutes and after cooling down has its full load bearing capacity.
Subsequently to a treatment of 10 minutes, the animal can walk free of pain!
No strain due to temperature!
The maximum reaction warmth is 86° C which is less than with other comparable products. Favoured by the poor heat conductivity of the claw horn, the temperature at the true skin does not rise above 39 °C.

To accelerate the polymerisation, use our Technovit 6091 Accelerator - NO HAIRDRYER! Using a hairdryer will result in a higher polymerization temperature. Result: tissue damage and pain!

Technovit 6091 classic
Technovit 6091 is a fast-curing 2-component resin based on MMA, that consists of a powder- and a liquid component.
The Technovit-pastry is castable and ductile.

The system is equipped with all the necessary accessories such as universally usable wooden blocks, mixing cups and wooden spatulas, etc.
Technovit 6091 Accelerator
The accelerator shortens the polymerisation time of Technovit® 6091 without increasing the polymerisation temperature (different from using a hair-drier to shorten the polymerisation time). The operator is able to adjust the curing time individually by adding the accelerator. In this manner the processing of Technovit® 6091 can be customised perfectly to the personal mode of operation. Particularly at low outside-temperatures the addition of Technovit® 6091 accelerator is highly recommended to shorten the curing time.
Technovit 6091 easy
In order to make the dosing of the plastic easier, the powder is supplied in proper application-sized packets. With the portions of the bag being each 70 g and the mixing beaker sized for 40 ml fluid the mixing becomes even more uncomplicated (1 bag = material needs for 1 treatment).
