Product details
The cover opens fully and the separate engine gives easy access to the spacious work table, which is made of corrosion-resistant cast iron.
The 4 T-slots allow the assembly of different clamping jaws, which allow the clamping of workpieces up to a thickness of 120 mm.
The CUTLAM 1.1 can be operated with cutting discs from 250 to 305 mm in diameter.With a speed setting and a powerful 3.8 kW motor, the CUTLAM 1.1 is ideal for intensive use.
The high-performance circulation system with pre-filter and the separation chambers ensure optimum lubrication and cooling using individually adjustable spray nozzles. The separation chamber is through illuminated by an LED lamp.
Operator safety is ensured by locking the hood during disconnection and the electric motor brake when stopping.
The external cleaning hose is connected directly to the circulation cooling system and allows very easy cleaning of the slightly inclined separation chamber.
Tip: The flexible cooling nozzles can be positioned exactly. This ensures optimal cooling of the sample and the cutting wheel during the cutting proc.
