Compact precision cutting machine for sensitive materials
CUTLAM micro 2.0 - precise cuts of the most sensitive materials. With its variable speed range of 50 - 4000 rpm, the CUTLAM micro 2.0 can be used for the entire range of materials.
The spacious sample chamber allows the use of cutting discs of all common types (diamond, corundum, SiC) up to a diameter of 200 mm. Optimal cooling is ensured by an external cooling system and adjustable spray heads.

Micro-precision cutting machine for laboratory applications - Precise cutting of the most sensitive materials
A large number of clamps are available for fixing the workpieces, with which a wide variety of sample geometries can be securely clamped and attached to the holding arm in the machine. For cutting, the sample is lowered from above against the cutting disc. This can be done both manually and automatically using a sensitive balance system. So can too
Separation cuts on very sensitive samples can be implemented without any problems. Optimal cooling is ensured by an external 10 l cooling system and the freely adjustable spray heads. The 100 μm fabric filter ensures that the coolant has a long service life and, like the tank, can be cleaned easily and simply.
Plane-parallel cuts can be set very precisely (20 μm) using the side-mounted adjustment wheel under visual control via the touchscreen.
Based on a robust, welded frame with a painted sheet steel housing, the CUTLAM Micro 2.0 is particularly stable and insensitive to vibrations. Due to its compact dimensions, it saves valuable work space in the laboratory. The hinged, transparent hood ensures hygiene and safety by automatically switching off when opened. The large opening allows easy access to change cutting disks, clamps and to clamp the specimens precisely.
